Standard Rate $895 per week. Peak times(xmas, easter and new
years) $1095 per/wk 10% discount for February, March, April (excluding Easter week), September & October. Pool heat is charged at an additional $120 per/wk.
Accommodation Once booked the Villa cannot be sublet, shared, or assigned. A full list of occupants intending to stay in the Villa must be provided via email upon booking. Only the persons confirmed via email with the Owner are permitted to stay in the Villa. Arrival & departure You can check in after 4pm on day of arrival and must
check out before 11am on morning of departure.
Booking deposit A non-refundable $200 deposit must be paid on day villa is booked and
full rental payment must be paid 8 weeks prior to date of arrival at the
property. Where a booking is placed less than 8 weeks prior to arrival, the full rental charge plus security deposit will be applicable.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing to the villa
owner.
Where cancellations are received more than 8 weeks prior to the date of arrival, there will be a
loss of deposit only.
Where cancellations are received within 4-8 weeks of the date of arrival, a fee equal to 50% of total
payment will be applied.
Where cancellations are received less than 4 weeks prior to the date of arrival, a fee equal to 100% of total payment will be applied.
Complaints Where a problem arises relating to the premises the Client must contact the Owners' representative to report same. Contact details can be found on arrival at the premises. In most cases any problems reported can be resolved by following the above procedure.
Insurance The owner accepts no responsibility or liability whatsoever for any alteration, damage, or loss to the terms of the booking caused by events outside of the Owners' control which may include (but without prejudice to the generality of the forgoing) war, civil commotion, flight delays or cancellations, adverse weather conditions, fire, flood, or industrial dispute. As such, the Owner strongly recommends that you take out travel insurance to
cover any cancellations, accidents, illness, or damages that may occur on your
holiday.
Liability The Owner of the premises accepts no responsibility whatsoever for personal injury, accidents, loss or damage to persons or personal effects however caused. Guests are specifically requested not to allow unsupervised children in or around the pool. NB Strictly No Diving in and around the Swimming Pool.
Pets Strictly No pets allowed.
Security deposit In addition to the rental charge, a security deposit of $250 is required with the final
payment to cover any breakages, damages or excessive cleaning costs (other than those normally incurred in connection with the occupation of the premises) that may occur. This will be
refunded in full to you when the management company have confirmed that no such deductions are required to cover expenses mentioned above. Smoking Smoking is not permitted inside our villa.
